For as long as anyone can remember a flag has not flown on the roof top of the University Building in Denver. This Spring we climbed the flag pole to restring and paint it. David (buildings manager) had the honor of raising the flag for the first time in probably 25 years.
While in Los Angeles California the BASE Group takes some time from their emissions stack painting project to see a show in Venice Beach and some sites along the PCH1 as well as the stopping point of famous Route 66. Stack painters, BASE Group
Recently the crew painted a ham radio tower for broadcast/video/ham extraordinaire Lisa K. We enjoyed a great day painting the tower and learning ham radio history. While at the residence Lisa recorded some video using her Pansonic GH3 DSLR. We also picked the juiciest oranges this side of the Mississippi from her orange tree grove. Check out Lisa's site: Lisa K
We received an award from the SPPC - The Society of Protective Coatings for our work at Miller Park. The awards ceremony was at the annual SSPC conference in San Antonio Texas January 2013.
